All orders will be processed after the store closes and delivered approximately 3-4 weeks following the deadline date (not the day you place your order). In certain cases, the coach or organization management may request that the deadline be extended; this will cause delays in your order production/delivery.
No exchanges or returns can be made on custom decorated items, unless they are defective. Claims of quality issues and/or missing items must be made within two weeks of order receipt.
No late orders will be accepted.
ASB makes every effort to offer items that are in stock, however, factory shortages can occur between the pop-up shop creation and close date/bulk order placement. If an item is backordered beyond a reasonable amount of time, and there is no similar style/color to substitute at our discretion, you will be refunded.
You will receive a confirmation email immediately after your order is placed. If you do not receive an email, your order may not have gone through. Please contact ASB at asbiowa@americanbus.com if you do not receive an email confirmation and we will double check for you.
